Our Mexican-style lager is named for our Uncle Wes, who used to take us out on his Hunter 25 Box Top so often when we were kids, we would call him "Uncle Sailboat." He'd also disappear for months at a time to sportfish in the Gulf of Mexico, and eventually retired down to Cozumel to live the good life, a bucket of cold beers never beyond arm's reach, the notes of a steel drum in the background echoing against the sea. With flaked corn, agave nectar, lime peels, sea salt, and a distinctive Mexican lager yeast, we think we've crafted the perfect beer for Uncle Wes, or anyone else who's looking for a taste of .
